Application & Enrollment Fee

The initial payment of $65.00 serves as the application/registration fee and is non-refundable. [click here to enroll]

Tuition

All tuition checks should be made payable to Covenant Bible College & Theological Seminary. For convenience, tuition payments may be made online with any major credit card.

Spouse Plan

The spouse of an CBCS student may enroll into the same program of study at 1/2 tuition. This applies to all programs into which the CBCS student enrolls. Both students will receive the diploma or degree for each program completed. The spouse plan does not apply to Graduation fees or Enrollment fees.

Unpaid/Past Due Accounts

No information will be released for accounts that are in poor standing. To remain in good standing, a student must simply be current on all payments to CBCS. Those not in good standing are not eligible for transcripts, degrees, grade reports, etc.

Refunds

All moneys paid into CBCS are nonrefundable.

Returned Checks

A student will be charged $35.00 for each check returned due to insufficient funds.

Withdrawal

Any student with an outstanding balance wishing to withdraw from a program will forfeit all moneys paid to CBCS.

Graduation Fee

Upon becoming eligible for graduation, the student will be notified by letter by the Office of the Registrar. The letter will serve as official notice of graduation and as a statement for the collection of the graduation fee if it has not been paid. The graduation fee is $100.00. The check should be made payable to Covenant Bible College & Seminary. The graduation fee secures the student's degree and covers the cost of the degree being mailed to the student's home.

There is a $100.00 additional charge if a student wishes to participate in an on-site graduation. Please contact the Registrar's Office for more details.

Transcript Fees

First transcript for a specific program: $25.00
