Doctor of Divinity Program - D.Div.

The Doctor of Divinity Program (D.Div.) is a 30 credit hour requirement. Up to 15 credits may be awarded through the LEAP Program, requiring the student to complete a minimum of 30 credits.

The Doctor of Divinity Program is an entry level professional degree program offered by Covenant Bible College & Theological Seminary. Ministerial Ordination is available upon completion of the D.Div. Program.

The completion of the Doctorate of Divinity Program requires the student to read textbooks and provide written summations of each section/chapter of the book, as well as the submission of a 5 to 10 page final summation covering the the main points, highlights and applications presented in the text. Additionally, the student will be required to present their own views/oppinions concerning the contents of the textbook and practical applications in his/her own ministry.

Academic Papers - 8 credits

All Doctoral Candidates are required to submit Academic Papers concerning the following topics: 2 credits ea.
