Bachelor of Divinity Program - B.Div.

The Bachelor of Divinity Program (B. Div.) is a 120 credit hour requirement. Up to 90 credits may be awarded through the LEAP Program, requiring the student to complete a minimum of 30 credits.

The Bachelor of Divinity degree is the professional ministry degree for those entering ordained ministry. This program is writing intensive, requiring students to acquire and critique the requisite text in a systematic and regimented manner.

The completion of the Bachelor of Divinity Program requires the student to read textbooks and provide written summations of each section/chapter of the book, as well as the submission of a 5 to 10 page final summation covering the the main points, highlights and applications presented in the text. Additionally, the student will be required to present their own views/oppinions concerning the contents of the textbook and practical applications in his/her own ministry.
